Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

  • Canada: flat rate of per order. Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • United States: flat rate of per order. Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Canada: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be applied to all orders delivered within Canada. citeturn0search0

  • International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery to remote regions may require additional time and shipping fees.

Damages and Lost Packages

Kah’s Collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
